SDA Salary and Compensation Survey for AED Member Firms

The Society for Design Administration Canada (SDA) provides education, best management practices and seminars in areas such as finance, marketing, human resources and project management for the Architectural, Engineering and Interior Design industries (AED). SDA's membership across Canada is comprised of Owners, Principals, administration, finance, marketing, human resources and those members who are looking to advance their career in the AED industry.

Shimmerman Penn has been a proud supporter of SDA for many years, and Kristin Berry has recently joined their Board of Directors.

SDA has announced a 2019 initiative regarding salary and compensation in the AED industries. They hope to have all the survey results compiled by Friday, February 8th and produce the completed results for purchase by the end of February 2019. SDA and OAA members are welcome to complete the surveys
